Become a More Effective Leader

Where are you going? Why does it matter? How will you lead?

Churches and cities need men and women of influence who will lead for the greater good. Our Leader Formation Process - delivered 1x1 or in groups - combines the best of coaching and mentoring to inspire and equip you to develop your leadership capacity in five essential areas:

  • Alignment with God's Work in Your Life
  • Awareness of Who You Are and How You Come Across to Others
  • Depth of Character and Relationships with God and Others
  • Doing the Work That Leaders Do
  • Forming Other Leaders Through Mentoring and Coaching

Clarify Life Direction

What are God's purpose and plan for your life? Develop clarity in your personal calling and envision what it looks like to courageously live it out.

By discovering your calling, you will be on a trajectory that leads to influencing the lives of others and finishing well. This is especially vital for leaders who are in their early-20s to mid-30s. If you find yourself in this age group, and/or have been wrestling with questions pertaining to your life purpose and direction, our Life Direction Process can help you discover the answers.

Identify What You Do Best

Be the leader you’re called to be; make the contribution you’re called to make. Leaders who reach the mid-game face a new set of questions: What should I be focusing on? Of all the things I could do, what should I do?

Clarifying contribution could be one of the most important steps you take as a passionate follower of Jesus. Learning to make your Kingdom contribution helps to ensure that you will finish well. This issue is especially key for leaders who are in their early-40s to mid-50s. If you wrestle with saying “no” to good things, so that you can say “yes” to the best things, then you need clarity in the area of unique contribution. Our Contribute Process can help.

Finish Well

Leaders who reach the end-game often wonder if they lived their lives in step with what God intended. They wonder if they will hear, “Well done, my good and faithful servant.”

Experiencing convergence is about bringing together all of who you are with all of what you do. It's about finishing well. This is key for leaders who are in their early 60s to mid-70s. If you find yourself wondering about your legacy and what you will leave behind, then our Resonance Process can help you live a life that resonates beyond its years.

We work with you to design and create the process and culture that helps you develop leaders.

What would your church or organization look like if you took people development seriously? If you became a  leader develop organization? We facilitate your creation of customized environments and discovery processes that coach and mentor the personal development and spiritual growth of your people and leaders.

Get Trained to Coach Others

Mentoring is the process of giving an individual new insights and ideas; coaching is about drawing out insight and potential that’s already within the leader.

Coaching is about the power of discovery. Coaching helps individuals discover the way forward on their own. Individuals often deny or resist the insight they are told, but when an individual makes a discovery on their own, they embrace it.

Our Two-Day Coaching Skills Training will take your coaching skills to a whole new level. This event offers training in four core skills using The IDEA Coaching Pathway and will offer direct application to a variety of leadership contexts.
